Fish Gelatine offers a unique alternative to Porcine and Bovine Gelatine.  It overcomes the cultural and religious requirements for Kosher and Halal.

Our material is manufactured from fresh fish skin and is easier to handle than Porcine Gelatine as it has a lower melting point.

Crestchem’s fish gelatine is available from 150-250 Bloom and from 4-40 mesh and is both Kosher and Halal certified.

Availability: 25kg standard bags and 500kg big bags.
